HORRIBLE! I never write reviews but I wanted everyone to know how horrible this place was. Firstly, my appointment was at 10:30 I didn't get out of the waiting room until 11:30 and the actual procedure (root canal) wasn't started until 12:30. A whole 2 hours later. Secondly, I complained about a tooth ache I had on the lower portion of my mouth, the dentist disregards my complaint and stated we should work on the tooth I was scheduled for stating "that could be the cause of your pain" well, it wasn't. Thirdly, the dentist performing the work actually had to stop working on me to work on other patients throughout the day. I DIDN'T LEAVE THE OFFICE UNTIL ABOUT 5 PM THAT DAY! I was overwhelmed with frustration and it didn't make it any better that the dentist himself complained about scheduling (or the lack of) and how he had to work on his lunch, yet I was the one there for almost 7 hours and I was not getting paid for it! Everything about this place is horrible and I'm still in pain!!!!! Unfortunately I can only give them a 1 too bad we can't score negatives.
