How Patients FeelPOSITIVE
It is really sad when the doctor is an awesome one but his staff is unprofessional and inconsiderate. The staff need to take in consideration the drive and time one takes to visit a the doctor and have prior approval before confirming rather than 10 minutes before an appointment. Then once they are called out and their mistake, the manager makes a rude comment about the care provider to a client with disabilities. Upsetting the patient.How professional is that?
