I was a new patient of Dr Tim Kozelsky. I called in to the office and made an appointment with Dr.Kozelsky for April 2nd. I was called on3/27 there was an early appt on 3/27 . I did take that. was met by a friendly dental hygienest. After the cleaning ,expected to see the Dr. instead other Dr. examined my teeth. went to the checkout and pd $230. for a cleaning only! very pricey! Never saw the Dr. No I will not be back.Dr? will fill my tooth Leda Piazza [email protected] 480-772-9708
