Dr Patel extracted 4 front teeth of mine in March through Aspen Dental. He placed 2 implant screws in my jaw. I am now ready to have my implanted teeth placed. Aspen Dental said he has opened his own office and they do not have an oral surgeon until they go through \"training\" and will be ready in August. I am trying to locate Dr Patel and there are several Dr Patels in ohio one of which have my records. I located the name from an old aspen site and it is this oral surgeon but I cannot get in touch with him. Aspen won\'t give his number and I would just like to have teeth put back inside my mouth. my next step is to complain to the dental board. he is nowhere to be found
