NEVER have I received from ANY service provider the level of care I received from Dr. Balski. I had broken a tooth and despite excruciating pain, my dentist (who had seen me, said I needed an extraction, bone graft and an implant at a cost of $7k) couldn\'t book me until the following week. Desperate, I called Dr. Balski\'s office and they had me immediately come in. After she read my x-rays, she advised me I had TWO broken molars and a severe abscess. Unlike my dentist, she gave me 2 additional options; a root canal/crown or extractions with an affordable bridge down the road. Not once did she try to upsell me and she even comforted me when I burst into tears at her patience and kindness. I opted for extractions and she constantly checked to make sure I wasn\'t in pain during the procedure. Her concern was genuine and her insistence that I call her should I have issues was that of a friend, not a doctor. If you need dental care, THIS IS THE DENTIST TO CHOOSE IN CLEVELAND OHIO!
