Came into the office, and immediately realized we forgot our masks. I apologized to the front desk and asked if we could please be given one. We were told that the Dr. Won\'t give out as they are \"hard to come by\" and we\'d have to reschedule our consultation. After saying I wouldn\'t reschedule if we were turned away, we were told we could be seen, WITHOUT a mask. Then asked to fill out paperwork with a ribbon lined pen that everyone else had used. When asked if they had a clean pen, the dentist came out and said they don\'t do that because the plastic can\'t be cleaned. Cheap cheap cheap. They can take 3k for braces but can\'t offer a government provided mask?! The staff, also eye rolled at his policies and said he was difficult to deal with. Also, doesn\'t seem that they care much about covid policies. Glad I decided to go elsewhere.
