19Although my appointment was scheduled as under Dr. Zebrowski, I did not see her at my initial visit. My encounter with the other dentist from that visit went very well. I had a subsequent visit set up 2 weeks later to have the permanent crown that was ordered/made to be inserted. Unfortunately, the crown had a defect and had to be sent back. The staff was very pleasant when informing me about the delay, but I do wish they would have communicated better. I needed to reschedule my appointment, which would have been more easily completed over the phone the day prior to the visit, when they learned of the defect. Instead I showed up and was informed that I would need to return for the crown. It not only inconvenienced me, but also my spouse, as he had to take time off of work so that I could make my appointment. Now he must more time off of work so I can make this new appointment.
