3I called to make an appointment a long time ago and the receptionist was mean. She did not want to help me find out my deductible. I had to cancel because she could only give me the deductible the day of the appointment. How can people even make an appointment if they don't know on over the phone how much they are going to have to pay. The doctor should tell her to give the best service so people come back. This was going to be my first time there but now I am going some where else. Oh well...good luck Mr. Majul... I might go back only if there is a better receptionist but not her. I heard he is a great dentist. I am sure his work is excellent from what I hear.
