I am an Honorably discharge Vietnam Veteran who needed (and still need) quite-a-bit of dental work done. I was given a choice by the VA, to see a VA dentist (2-3 months down the road), Or find a dentist in the Civilian sector. \'Dezavala Dental\' was my choice...Best decision I could have ever made! The Entire staff was amazing... From the doctor (Longoria) and tech (Tina), to the ladies at the front desk. Professional, Compassionate, and Attentive. I will refer Dezavala Dental to all Vets!

This dentist is incompetent. She put a crown on an implant in my mouth and now I have to use a Proxa Brush everytime I eat to clean out the mess. She ordered the wrong size crown, so food always collects there. Her mother, who is now retired, and should have been 15 years ago, recommended her. What a disaster I have and my insurance company will not cover the mistake made Daina K. Matas. Do not go to this dentist. She is a menace to dentistry.

Doctor is fine, the office she works at is not. They will bill you ahead of time, before you even visit, double bill your insurance and also bill you for services not rendered. My visit I spent more time with the office staff than the actual doctor, not to mention the shove and push tactics to get "treatment" plans that are not even necessary. Beware of Northwoods dental spa. They will charge you on different dates and maximize your insurance so they can milk more money out of you for services that were not performed.
