It’s never a good thing if you have to go to the endodontist, but Dr. Hales makes the experience more comfortable and you are totally informed prior to the procedure. The area is very numb so you don’t experience any pain. He was great. His assistant(I apologize I do not remember her name) but totally adorable and very nice, as is all the staff. I know that if needed I will definitely be returning there.
