10Terrible outfit. Incompetent billing dept. They incorrectly submitted reimbursement to our dental insurance company. As a result the insurance would not pay the agreed upon amount. They erroneously documented that my husband had a deep plane cleaning done on all 4 quadrants during the same visit. Anyone who has ever had this done knows how ludicrous this is, yet they refuse to correct the mistake. Unfortunately the insurance company cannot simply take our word for it--although they believe us.
