8I arrive 15 min. early for my appointment, first the instruction was to update my paper work, I did that, next the front receptionist instructed me to pay, but I did not want to do the X-RAY, because of my thyroid nodule, the receptionist spoke to the person doing the cleaning, she returned with this answer, she will not be able to do your cleaning, because she didn\'t feel comfortable doing the cleaning without x-rays. I paid for the entire visit. The x-rays took 30 minutes or more. Next, she examines my teeth, took measurements, and stated \"your gums look good.\" Dr. Mathew did the oral evaluation. What bother me, is this statement she made to Dr. Mathew, \"she still has problems with the gums bleeding and her teeth in the back had dark stains.\" This statement was different, from what she previous told me. On this day x-ray complete, but she could not do my cleaning because she only had 15 min left in my appointment. This person told me to reschedule for cleaning. (See cont. date 9/30/2

1Dr. Sperry is an amazing dentist who does beautiful work. He did a full cosmetic on my husband and gave him back his self esteem which is the greatest gift anyone could ever have! He knows what he's doing, he cares about his patients, and is a very special man. We are so grateful to Dr Sperry and the wonderful work he does.
