We found Bryan to be a very like-able person. Very down to earth in his way of speaking with us, and explaining his type of work and passion. We found his team were also very pleasant and helpful. I appreciated so much that Bryan came out to the waiting room and explained how the procedure they were performing was going 3 or 4 times so that I would be at ease in feeling that my husband was being well cared for during the whole process.
