21I was in for a routine annual cleaning. As usual it was uneventful and went fine, except at the end, the tech told me there was a hard to reach area in my mouth she couldn\'t get to and that Dr. McRae could use his laser tool to clear, but that it would be painless. I made a new appointment for that purpose. I then saw Dr. McRae and he performed that procedure. I went home with significant pain. When I called the office, I was told that the pain was normal but to make another appointment. It took several more trips to see him for more of the same laser exploration before the pain was relieved. In none of these appointments was he forthcoming about what may have gone wrong or did he apologize for what had happened. I won\'t go there again.
