I have been a patient of Dr. Forman's for 10 years and I highly recommend him. He is truly dedicated to providing the best dental care. He is attentive and takes the time to educate his patients on proper dental hygiene and is very thorough. He also does incredible cosmetic work. I require a 6 unit bridge and he recently made my temporary and I could not be happier. I will absolutely be using him for my permanent bridge. The office staff is extremely friendly and the new space is beautiful..
Dr. Forman was thorough and attentive during my initial exam. I needed a deep cleaning, which I've heard before but never understood and didn't believe them, and Dr. Forman took the time to sit down with me and explained to me in an understandable way why I needed it. He made sure before I left his office that I was fully aware of my situation. Best dentist I've ever been to by far! high recommend him!.
