THE WORST CANCELLATION POLICY IN HISTORY!!! We set up a first appointment for our toddlers and had to cancel due to insurance complications. We were told no problem and to call back once our new insurance became effective. We gave more than 24 hour notice. We called back today to reschedule and was told we were \"black listed\" and the Dentist would NEVER see our children nor family because we cancelled an appointment. We were never notified of any strict policy when making nor cancelling appt.
