Dr. Sargent found several problems with my teeth that my previous dentist did not, and showed me on the x-ray. She took a lot of time to make sure I understood why she recommended the treatment she did.

I needed a crown glued back in that fell out and she used temporary glue, not sure why and of course it fell out, went back a second time and it was glued in again with temporary glue and was told I would be charged again if it fell out a again, which it did. I went to another dentist and he used permenent glue, the crown is still attached. They called me and I told them I wasn\'t happy about this and wanted the $164 they charged me. They said they would ask Patel why she used tempory glue but she was with a patient and would call me back and of course the cowards never called me back.
