My recent root canal went perfectly. NO pain during or after the procedure. Dr. Walker and his staff are professional, courteous, friendly and caring. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone needing a root canal. My only small suggestion would be to change the type of music played in the waiting area. It didn't offend my religious beliefs, just my sense of propriety. Otherwise excellent experiece. You're the best..
I waited almost 2 hours for the dentist to see me. I wasn't told why there was a delay, and I wasn't offered the opportunity to reschedule or to come back later in the day. The office staff never spoke to me during the entire wait time. A patient should not have to wait that long without an explanation. Very unprofessional. I left without treatment and went to an endodontist in Kansas City. (who was less expensive).
I found that Dr Bagby is an understanding man with a love to make people happy. He's very passionate about his work and completing the job. He's very reasonable priced and takes almost every insurance that's offered. He changed my life, I love him!!.
This place was so negative people fighting and made me feel very uncomfortable. Still in lots of pain since nothing was not done yet.total waste of my time and energy. Will not be going back here.
