Have been seeing Dr. Engelson for years. She and her entire staff are great.

This doctor usually goes by the name \"Ross Kerr\" and should be avoided for your own good. Despite sustaining a very serious injury that requires highly-specialized care that Kerr claims to provide, and despite being aware of how horribly I was suffering as a result, Kerr totally ignored the problems brought to his attention. While offering absolutely no treatment or follow-up, Kerr proceeded to misuse my patient record to smear and insult me, plant false information, and try to make it appear as though I didn\'t have the debilitating conditions! Kerr also fails to respect patient and medical records privacy. If you\'re injured due to malpractice by another practitioner as I was, Kerr\'s priority will be to protect the doctor who hurt you--not treat the resulting conditions! I was left to suffer and in sheer agony, while Kerr could care less, and treated me with total disrespect. For your safety and well-being, find another oral surgeon/dentist.
