7I do not write this review lightly. Dr. Arnold and his clinical staff are good, actually very good. The problem stems from his administrative staff. Lynn scheduled me for follow-up detail care which was to be covered under my insurance. The problem arises where she did not verify benefits. Complete incompetence. So, I was left on the hang for $1300. In this trying age,, that\'s a lot of money. Dr. Arnold and clinical staff are good. Administrative = Pathetic. I responded to every single text about the bill. I fought insurance companies, HR company, every possible means of resolving this situation. The last test I got from Lynn at Dr. Arnold\'s office was \"Collections\". Unfortunately, I paid. I will dispute this with my CC company. When you choose to choose Dr. Arnold, RUN. Good dentist; but, terrible administrative staff. Ugly, Rude with zero compassion. Ed
