I'm entirely pleased with our experience with dr. Lough. She most definitely does not overcharge. $2,000 sounds like the cleaning was done under general anesthesia for an autistic child or something. Totally disregard that previous post. And I am a physician in the community. My son's pediatrician highly recommended her..

I was charged over 2,000 dollars to have my two children's teeth cleaned (nothing more was done). I was also quoted over 6,000 dollars for "necessary" work to be done. I took them to another dentist for far, far less. When asked what was necessary, she said all of it. She wanted to pull all of my son's baby teeth and then place temporary teeth in until his adult teeth grew in (which could then be manipulated). All I wanted was a cavity removed!.
