very rude secretary, she will screw you up with your bills even though they are in network of your insurance. she said, they bill the insurance after 2 years or sometimes even 5 years, that\'s why the insurance doesn\'t want to pay the bills. the secretary said, my bill now is $410.00 just only for cleaning and x-ray ( routine check up)happened 2013, . she is also saying if I won\'t pay for it she will send the bill to the collector.
