I recently had a root canal at Galsterer Endodontics . Our GPS sent us in the wrong direction. When I called, they gave me directions to their business. As I was 30 minutes late, I expected to have to reschedule but they were very understanding and assured me that this was not an inconvenience to them. I was amazed! Very professional, yet warm and caring staff. Rarely have I noticed this combination in a physician's office. So grateful to them for their care.
