1I have no words for your incompetence. You didn’t submit the cancellation of the authorization request when you were supposed to (the day you denied treatment and I had to go to a different dentist). You then didn’t submit the cancelation request yet again on January 22 when dentical was on the phone with you instructing you how to do this and being promised to act the same day. The January 27 NOA (third authorization) was denied again because dentical only received your cancellation request yesterday (February 4). You have caused so much pain and time wasted. No apology was given.

6Terrible experience. I went to Dr Dogan for a new crown which lasted for only two weeks. She does not know how to level a tooth. She damaged another tooth while leveling the crown. I felt really uncomfortable because her attitude was not friendly at all. I am really surprised how this place got so many positive reviews. I will never go back there again.
