Hate going to the dentist however Dr. Solano made even a root canal a great experience. Instantly makes you feel at ease! Explains everything, entire experience was excellent. Got in and out in 30 minutes!

I was referred to this dentist for a root canal and received a very large unexpected bill in the mail. The rude and unprofessional front desk associate, Melissa, failed to tell me that this specific dentist was not within my network, whereas the other dentist in office was. After I got the large bill and called to get more information as to why I was not informed, all she did was tell me there was nothing she could do. She had a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. I will never be returning to this office and will never recommend anyone ever come here.

Not happy with my experience. I needed an emergency root canal, and my dentist referred me here. They were able to get me in the next day, since I was having so much pain, which is great, but that does tell you something about my mental state. They got my insurance info from my dentist, and they called me the morning of my appointment to let me know how much it would cost. I only found out they weren't in my dental network afterwards, when I got the statement from my insurance. Explains the $1,000+ bill I had to pay. The root canal itself went all right, as far as those go I guess, this was my first time. So I paid the ridiculous bill, and the assistant at the front told me that if my insurance did cover more, they would credit me the difference. Lo and behold, I get a bill in the mail yesterday for $1.30. Yes, one dollar and thirty cents. After paying them a thousand dollars, when I'm sure I could've had less out of pocket through a dentist actually in my network, they have the gall to send me a bill for a dollar. Definitely do not recommend.
