Had to ask the office, four times over a several weeks, for my benefit info was as this was going to help determine which treatment plan I chose. Even though the Doctor discussed THREE treatment plans, I was quoted for ONLY one at $7,100. Staff took xrays BEFORE I even saw the Dr. so I thought this was usual and customary. I found out later doing this is NOT; xrays are taken AFTER you see the Doctor. Office has since refused to provide my xrays.
