Staff did not care to look up my dental insurance information. Eventually they did look up my Delta Dental plan number. I noticed during the long waits they did this to other patients. Also, the hygienist used old technology (scraping instruments, no ultrasonic cleaning) for dental cleaning. I asked about this and she said it was a matter of preference of the hygienist. The dentist spent less than a minute with me and never removed his mask. I would not be able to recognize him if I wanted.
