5All of us have heard of doctors in the business of making money, not helping people and this office is NO DIFFERENT! I was declined service yesterday because my insurance won't cover a deep cleaning which cost $1 K. I was advised of this during my last visit. I received a text, email and voice messages indicated its time for my next appointment. I called to schedule - done. Not, 15 minutes later I received a call back indicating that my insurance would cover cleaning, but not an exam until after Aug. 1st. Fine, lets schedule after 8/1. The rep places me on hold to speak with a doctor, she comes back says "its fine come in". Once I'm there, Dr. Hill states I'm losing bone, my gums are deteriorating and all my teeth will loosen without a deep cleaning and its nothing they can do for me without $1 K. Does anyone know of a dentist who will help me within the confines of my insurance??
