If I could give them a 0/5 stars I would. As a healthcare provider myself I highly advise anyone considering this dental office to reconsider. I was treated with the utmost disrespect and unprofessionalism than I have ever experienced in my life. They state they complete your insurance claims for you “out of courtesy” however what does that mean? You either submit the claims or you have the patient submit them. And if it is up to the patient that is fine but should be documented.
