5Last time when i had appointment at 3:00 pm they get me in at 3:40 pm i was so concerning why did take it too long they told me the system is down and i see after me the patient they let them in and i ask why ? you let them in; my appointment before them how com ? i ask for the manger her name is Wiki they told me she 's buys she can't talk to you i fell so bad,a after 4 days when i check my insurance they charged me twice so plz how you guys fell a but this rose dental i never want go back this dental they treat the patient really bad.

3Very disappointing experience; they do not stand behind their work. I had two crowns replaced - one temperary fell out twice, the other once. Then, it took four 4 times to seed one of the replacement crowns! They said they would refund the original proceedure and then only refunded 1/2 of it! I would never go back or recommend them to anyone - ever. Don't make the same mistake I did. Find another place to take you're business. You won't regret it.

8Stay away from this office! I went there to get two deep fillings done. To my surprise, the doctor decided to do both on the same day! His assistant was a total beginner who permanently made mistakes, handing him the wrong things, which prolong everything and made me trust him even less. He also used huge amounts of laughing gas, which I wasn’t aware of, is something you pay for on top, but makes his job easier. I was so knocked out after the surgery that I was barely able to walk. I had asked them before if I would be able to drive afterwards to pick up my child, and they had reassured me that it was not a problem. So, I simply had to drive completely numbed and foggy. All this to say: The whole experience was simply terrible and traumatizing. But later came the financial bang on top: I had given the office my dental insurance information in advance to calculate the cost and paid around $300 out of pocket, only to receive a couple of weeks later an additional out-of-pocket bill of an

2Dr. Raesz is friendly, amiable, and quite chatty. She works quickly and kept me distracted with an interesting non-stop monologue. I found her technique quite charming. In addition, she found an additional problem and agreed to fix it right then, instead of making me schedule another appointment. I would highly recommend this dentist.
