Dr. Boyd is rude and does not know much. He will tell you what you want to hear to get you sign for treatment. He cannot be trusted. His staff does most of the work, cookie cutter work. Staff is very friendly.

Orthodontist treatment excellent. Financial treatment dictatorial. Be very careful if you might transfer in the middle of treatment! We had nearly a $1,000 difference in what Dr. Garrett would refund (we paid in full) and what a comparably priced orthodontist wanted to finish treatment. Dr. Garrett was very quick to recommend that we get a second opinion of the other orthodontist and his estimate of the work remaining but refused any suggestions that he consider 2nd opinions of his position.
