Dr. Ben and assistants make me feel very comfortable and explain everything they are doing, whether it's a filling, root canal or crown. Despite the dread of dental work, I always have a positive experience at the dentist!.
This dentist office is out to get your money by doing unnecessary tests and possibly procedures. I went in for a new patient exam and they told me they needed to do a Pano X-ray of my mouth. I said I had lived in the Portland area for 3 decades and never once had a dentist ask,require or offer this X-ray. This is an expensive diagnostic tool used for rare and specific reasons by orthodontist and dentist. They do this for all new patients and as routine care for their current patients every few y.
Dr. Campbell is professional, personable, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He walks you through each appointment and makes sure you are aware of what is happening each step of the way. You can tell he really loves being a Dentist, and is passionate about the work he is doing every day, and also cares about his patients! I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Campbell and his staff. Wonderful all around!.
