I haven’t had the best experiences with dentists but like most people out there, I was one of those who hated going to the dentist as a child. But Dr. Betancourt is not like other dentists! She has a very quiet, gentle manner that made me feel instantly comfortable with her. Dr. Betancourt’s staff is also very kind, capable, and patient. Her assistant Belkis is also remarkably good at knowing what Dr. Betancourt needs from her and is very sensitive to what I was feeling as the patient. Basically everyone at the office helps make the experience of dental work essentially painless, and I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone and everyone, especially if you've had a bad experience with dentists in the past and are looking to recover from that. .
