Before seeing Dr. Galella, I could not breath without leaning forward. Through his non-surgical remodeling of my jaw, using some appliances, and recommending a specific type of physical therapy, I can now stand straight and tall when I breath and my teeth look fantastic!! don\'t expect this to to be your typical 2 years of straightening crooked teeth b/c he fixes the whole jaw. I grew new bone in my upper jaw and I no longer suffer from debilitating pain in my TMJs. It took several years to fix me, but I\'d do it all over again. LOVE his office staff!! Two generations of our family have used him. I dread the day he retires.
