Overcharges and does not return money when it is owed. Will use excuses to delay refund as they seemingly can't call their processing center for the refund. They use a third party service for processing refunds which makes the whole thing feel far too corporate and not at all friendly. I honestly can't recommend this dentist solely on the fact that I can't trust what they charge and the fact they are slow to make right an overcharge.
