Does not care if you’re in pain. When you tell him you’re hurting worse than ever, he will ask you questions as if you’re a drug addict. He does not care, just wants your money, again terrible bedside manor, and a complete lack of sympathy. I was crying while they re-wrapped my arm, told me to, “ice it more.” I wouldn’t wish this amount of callus disregard of pain on my worst enemy. Shame on you!.
If you’re in great pain, do not go here, go to a more compassionate Dr. O’Brien does not care. He will just tell you to ice it, and treat you like a drug addict. Atrocious bedside manor..
Dr.Schick and her staff are amazing. Every time I go there is not waiting at all. Someone's ready to get me started as soon as I walk through the door. The staff is extremely friendly and they kept conversation going with me throughout my time there. They also offered me a blanket and neck pillow before starting replacing my crowns. During the procedure Dr.Schick as well as her assistant continued to make sure I was 100% comfortable. Honestly this is the best dentist I've ever been to..
