I had my first visit which included an exam with Dr. Romano, X-Rays, and a cleaning with a gum depth measurement. I interacted with two secretaries, a dental assistant and a dental hygienist. I have been in two other dental practices within the last 30+ years and my experience at Ridgecrest was the most professional and thorough treatment I had ever received. The staff was friendly upon arriving and leaving and they were also interested in educating me in best practices, products, and my dental health. Dr. Romano took his time with me and invited me to contact him or the staff if I had any questions. The facilities and the equipment was spotless and the waiting room comfortable. Ridgecrest is a wonderful, private practice in which I experienced state of the art care, which I had never experienced before. I cannot recommend them highly enough after my first visit.
