1I had a very good experience getting in the same day I called to fill a broken tooth. I was pleased with the amount of time Dr. Rosen took to discuss my concerns, and the spiffy X-ray display showing my tooth in great detail. He was also very gentle, drilling in light pulses such that I did not need numbing, and experienced only brief mild discomfort. All of the staff I met were pleasant, caring, and helpful. I was also grateful they took my insurance with out asking me to pay up front. Because of delays in insurance reimbursement, it has been a long time since I've had that pleasure.
