Worst experience of my life! He filled 2 cavities which both fell out within a few weeks. Went back and he drilled deeper and refilled them. Had so much pain after that, couldn’t chew on that side of my mouth at all. Went to another dentist to find out what was happening and he drilled out both teeth and found that Dr. Friess had filled my molars without drilling out all of the decay. Long story short I ended up going to an Endodontist and had to have a root canal because the damage he did to my teeth. He is refusing to reimburse me after the manager had told me they would. And speaking of the Manager Becky, worst customer service ever. She will never call you back and she is very dishonest. Do not go to this establishment!

Dr. Atchinson and her staff are great. Very caring and thorough.

He listens but doesn\'t act on my concerns. He just keeps doing whatever he wants to do. Like capping a molar without performing a root canal first. He would rather pull a tooth than refer me to an endodontist.

72 yo First visit for procedure. Two hours in the chair for an upper rear molar filling. I was borderline about him. Why am now a five star supporter? Day after procedure the ache and tenderness in the area that has been there for many months is gone. The occlusion is perfect. I thought it was a crown that had the back surface crack off. At another practice the hygenist agreed with me it did not need immediate attention. That was about a year ago. I thought the aching was from my periodontal disease pockets. Doctor Adams told me the gum might hurt because the cavity in the real tooth it turned out to be, extended below the gumline. He took intra oral pictures to show me the blue agate tint to the tooth. That was decay below the tooth. It was a BIG job for him, the hygenist and me. But it is fixed. The most dangerous surgeon I ever worked with had the most warm and genial bedside manner. Dr Adams was serious and focused. That is what I needed badly. Thank you Dr Adams

I can honestly say that Penz Dental provided me with the best dental experience I've ever had. The environment is very comfortable and personable making you feel at home as you walk in. The dental care is incredible and Dr. Penz takes the time to get to know you and provide exceptional service, not to mention they have massaging dental chairs during your appointment. I will be returning here in 6 short months and I'd encouraging anyone reading this to set up your appointment ASAP!

I found Dr. Limone to be professional in every aspect. He displayed courtesy, patience and provided Dental health education! My experience was exceptional.
