Ok, so I am what you would call an extreme dental-phob. I visit Splendid Smiles about twice a year and every time, the staff and Dr. Wadkins himself have fully surpassed my expectations. They are professional, inexpensive (for those of us without insurance), and generally nice people. I honestly will not go anywhere else in Rochester. Five stars!!!
