23First time here and it was great. I was able to schedule my appointment online and even able to fill out my medical history/ HIPAA forms online so that when I arrived to the actual clinic for my appointment there wasn't anything for me to fill out.I waited no more than a couple of minutes in the waiting area before being seen. They have water and a Keurig available there in the waiting room. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.The actual cleaning was fantastic. Nicole was taking care of me and she is the best. Very nice and kind. I was offered the complimentary option to put my hands in a wax type thing akin to what happens in a spa which was an awesome option but I declined. They also have a TV on the ceiling and headphones so that you can be occupied while they do their work. They provide plastic protective eye wear so no splashed or anything get in your eyes also. They were very good with Xrays and cleaning and answered all of my questions. I felt like their work was thorough and I'm very glad they took their time with me to do a good job.My only regret is not coming here sooner. At least I know which clinic to recommend to friends and family now :-)

24I was in Rochester on prolonged medical stay with a family member. One of my molars developed a very painful problem prompting a call to BSD for an unscheduled visit. The excellent, friendly staff and Dr. Yankowitz were able to work me in quickly near the end of the day and resolved the problem quickly. Would highly recommend this office based on my experience
