My initial visit was great! Super friendly people and staff, however once I received my bill from my insurance company I was shocked. I have great insurance that covers 100% of preventative care and 80% of everything else. Stonewood Dental decided to take x-rays that were not covered by my insurance. They told me that I was covered 100% by my insurance and that I wasn't going to have to pay out of pocket for anything. They never mentioned that the full mouth x-rays are optional. Then when I called back to talk to them about it they were very short with me, rude and kept transferring me from person to voice mail. I feel like they deceived me with the x-rays and now I am stuck with a bill from them. I was so hopeful that their customer service post office visit would have been a good as my initial visit. However I am sorely disappointed..
