6Horrid experience. Dr Welch got angry with me without warning or provocation. The mistake was hers and she made me cry over it. Afterwards, she had me backed into a corner for 58 days. Felt trapped and bullied.

7By far the best dentist I have ever seen. Her bedside manor is second to none. She made my root canal and crown installation completely painless and dare I say a pleasure. This is coming from someone who has avoided dentists like the plague for 10 years. Thankfully I can say my phobia has been cured by Dr. Ochana!
