I have both white coat syndrome and bad anxiety and was really nervous to get my cavities filled. The dental hygienist for Dr. Mazariegos was particularly caring and sensitive to my fears and provided accommodations to help me calm down such as pillow, blanket, put HBO on, and contraption to hold my mouth open and block debris from falling into my mouth. He also explained the procedure in detail that he and the doctor would be doing. He informed Dr. Mazariegos that I was nervous and she assured me she'd work quickly to get me out ASAP and she did. My experience ended up being much more comfortable thanks to the care and patience of the staff..
I had a very bad experience with this dentist a few years ago.She puts her own profits before patients.She was recommending unnecessary dental procedures on my teeth but not taking care or informing me of the serious issues.Please be aware she destroys patients records to hide her negligence and avoid taking responsibility..
Dr. Parkinson is a great dentist. He took the time to thoroughly explain all procedures and made sure I understood everything before moving forward with treatment. His office staff are very patient and lovely people. Everyone was very professional and I felt very comfortable. Great office!.
I had on Long 10-year + phobia of going to the dentist Very patient very caring coming down to everything from helping me figure out how to finance and how to deal with my pain... very smooth and comforting . you made me feel like I was going to be okay literally walking me through it as I was going and I never felt forced even though it's my darkest fear they made it for the best experiences I have had at a dentist ever.. Amazing Financial Aid..payment that wouldn't destroy me.. and I could finally have a healthy mouth without postponing it which only would have taken me longer to have a healthy life again I'm actually excited about having my smile again I can't say enough thank you all and I'm not just saying it you really made a difference!!! Thank you for actually making me feel and know you Care ???? my pain is minimal...by the way ✊????.
With the exception of finding out that I have a few cavities and a bit of gingivitis, best dentist experience ever! Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. They used modern dental technology that I never even knew existed to show me panoramic photos of all my teeth and showed me my actual cavities IRL ???? . They even had a tablet on the dentist chair playing HG tv while I waited. And Roya was awesome! Definitely going back to Aspen so she can fill my cavities ???? I’d give these guys 6 stars if I could!.
If I could give Aspen Dental 10 stars I would! I had an upper wisdom tooth that was bothering me and Aspen Dental was one of the few local places that accepted my insurance so I scheduled a consultation with the Oral surgeon. When I arrived they took an X-ray of my mouth and Dr. Freeman came in to see me and discuss my concerns. He said the extraction would be a simple procedure and I could have it done that morning if I wanted. I was a little surprised, but happy they could squeeze me in (that way I would not have to take off another day of work). The doctor gave me three shots to numb the area and within two minutes my tooth was out. I couldn’t believe it! Simple and practically painless. I felt like such a badass. I was even able to drive and go to work immediately after. I am very happy with Aspen Dental and Dr. Freeman. I will definitely return for any future oral surgery procedures..
