Dr Kwant is a great and professional provider, but getting a hold of his office is nearly impossible. I would say 95% or more of the time I called I had to leave multiple messages over multiple tries over multiple days in order to get a hold of someone.

They used to hav a receptionist there that was AMAZING and made the office awesome. Now that she left abruptly, the office is horrible. It has been very bad, and I normally do not write reviews or complain like this, but I do not want others to go and be frustrated! The receptionists are rude there, and the doctor is frequently late and acts like he does not have the time for you. Then he bills you for every little thing they can! Dr. Phillips, get Colleen BACK and change your practice around and maybe I will come back! But for now, me and my family, as well as my parents, who were excellet clients, are going elsewhere!
