What impressed me the most was Dr. Andrew Appel\'s honesty and ethics. During the complimentary consultation I asked him if any treatment would be medically necessary, since I went because of an injury and not for aestetics. He said that medically there was no need for it. This was after they just gave me a very thorough complimentary consultation. A less scrupulous provider could have told me it\'d be necessary and I may have went along with it since my regular dentist thought an orthodontist may recommend treatment. A lot of invaluable trust was built when they told me the truth even if it meant me never paying them a dime. Dr. Andrew Appel and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Their facility was amazingly customer focused too. They even had massage chairs which I thoroughly enjoyed!
