It is a very friendly atmosphere. We never have to wait to get in and all the staff iare professional. Nice environment, newly renovated and clean..
Definitely all great and friendly people. I always feel a little silly being a 28-year-old man going in there with a bunch of kids, but I am treated just....

My first consultation was at Orthodontic Associates in Catonsville for Invisalign. I was not happy with my service at all. I was in the room with the orthodontist (Dr Miller) for 3 minutes at the most. He told me that the woman I was going to meet next with would answer all my questions. Turns out, she is the finance manager and a very pushy woman. I made it clear that this was my first consultation for Invisalign and I was interested in speaking with the orthodontist about the process and the price so I could put enough money in my flex spening account as of Dec 1st. After I told her once that I wasn't going to pay money out of my pocket since I have Flex, she still asked another 2 times for cash, check, or credit card in the amount of "just" $100. I left there and got 2 other consultations that were about the same price, but without the pushiness of a used car salesman. I got the feeling that since it was a 'free consultation', they couldn't waste their time with me¦¦ of course without $$$$ down. I found Orthodontic Associates from Google and the reviews, so I hope this help someone out. My first consultation was at Orthodontic Associates in Catonsville for Invisalign. Went to several orthodontists before finding this one. These guys are by far the best! Price included everything. My smile is fantastic!.
I went there several years ago and really enjoyed my experience. I got braces as an adult and the staff treated me very well. I have recommended them anytime someone mentions they want to get braces. I have never received so many compliments on my smile, thank you Orthodontic Associates!!!.
