I was very please with the work he did and he is very patient they explain everything to me what my part is to pay.
I would not recommend Dr. Nalla or his staff. I made it very clear during my visit that I did not want anything other than what my insurance covered. I stated multiple times that I only wanted a cleaning and whatever is paid for by my insurance. I was happily told that this is common and not a problem. A few months later, I received a bill for x-rays and additional charges. I called three times to follow up after one of the front staff members said they would look into the issue. No one bothered to return my call. I reached out to the dental office again, and was told that someone would follow up with me the next day. After not hearing back the next day, I called again only to find out that the individual was out for the entire week. That Monday, I had to call again and leave a message just to get someone to respond to my inquiry. The office ignored my request and refused to waive the charges. The front desk is incompetent, and this dentist is clearly abusing his patients by not honoring their requests. In addition to all of this, I asked to be removed from their contact list which includes automated texts and calls. They said they removed me and 15 minutes later I received an automated call about my appointment which I cancelled in the first place. The front desk seems like they can't manage their day-to-day tasks..
