He cancelled on me several times to the point that I tried to calmly place in an grievance. At that point I was banned from his practice by his desk staff whom informed me I was not allowed to be dissatisfied with his lack of professionalism. At no point did he acknowledge or apologize for his continual cancellations. At one point he also even accused me of having a panic attack due to issues with vertigo and hypertension; he would not stand corrected.
