Nice dentist but absolute worst office staff I’ve ever encountered, unbelievable rude and condescending. I gave this office the benefit of the doubt for many years and just dealt with the staff the best I could, however, have never had a pleasant experience here. I am private pay with 5 kids and spend a ton of money here. I was 10 minutes late for a “car check-in” and they refused to see me. (Still had 10 minutes until scheduled seat time). I had an hour commute and arranged for multiple babysitters for infant twins and school aged kids to make the appointment. This office has no compassion and no bedside manners. I will never go back.
